Online Medical Classes

What reputable schools offer online course in HEALTH ADMINISTRATION?

I am Canadian and prefer a Canadian based school/college/university. Would like to do a 1 or 2 year course in Health Administration or Medical Office Assistant. I want to study by correspondence or online and qualify myself to be a receptionist in a hospital or other healthcare setting. I am wary of such schools as the University of Phoenix and ICS, as I have read some very bad reviews. Any advise or direction would be very much appreciated. Thank you!
