1. Yes, for some things. Depends on what training you want.
2. yep... or depending on what OS you're running, there might be a training course already on your pc. Search for Microsoft Interactive Training in your programs.
3. I'm assuming your looking for MS Office training. There is quite a bit of free training. Start here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/training/default.aspx Go down aways and select the 2003 tab (even if you have an earlier version that 2003 you can still do the training - you just can't do the practice sessions). Or if you have 2007 select that tab. I find them easy to follow and informative. Cheers.
