Where can I find a dictionary with terms they use on crime and medical shows in it?

I watch a lot of crime and medical shows and I want to be able to understand them better. I'm looking for two different things, a dictionary with FBI terms and a dictionary with medical terms specifically. Can you help me? an online dictionary would be nice

1. There are specialized dictionaries for both subjects. Check out a collage bookstore, sometimes they carry special books for which a course may require, like a dictionary of legal and/or medical terms. Ya might check Amazon.com for used books also.
