does anyone here know what this is called?

my back is out of alignment due to a fall injury 8 years ago. but its causing other problem, my hip on my left side [in its placement] is up higher than normal and off to the back too far. when a person normal stands up thier hips are supposed to be in a straight alignment. when i stand up my left hip twists off to the back making that whole area twist from the left to the back so that it is difficult to stand 'straight'. it makes my left leg act as if its longer than the right one [in this case with my hip placement it is], and my limp has gotten more pronounced. when i walk, people would either think i have MD or that my legs are asleep. its that bad, im not exaggerating. i want to know if anyone here knows what its called in medical terms when your hip is in this type of alignment due to back problems and weakness in the feet, hips back and legs. [im asking bcuz im trying to look it up online, but without know what its called, not having much luck] thanks. so pretty much my hip is rotated to the back and on the other side up a few inches theres a ball thingy thats moves around and is tender, but its in my back muscle. this little ball thingy [have no idea what it is] move up from my hip into my back muscle a bit.
