Online Medical Classes

Clerical, Customer Service and General Skills Training?

I would like to know if there are any free training resources through the state, county (wayne, oakland or macomb) for individuals that are not for work first clients. I would think that the counties would offer enrichment courses but I have not been able to find any. I think Washtenaw might have some but I would have to check. Also is anyone aware of any courses online or offline that are less than $50 each and offer certification? Any help is appreciated.

1. I was unaware of a certification for customer service and general skills training. Usually if you get a job in that field you will be trained on each companies particular guidelines.
2. Those skills are usually entry level and the company will train you. If you are looking for classes for $50 or less look into Wayne County Community College District. They have alot of locations and different programs.
