Does anyone know of a medical transcription job opening in Houston?

Does anyone know of a job opening as a medical transcriptionist (or any type of transcriptionist) in Houston, Texas? I do not have any experience in this field but have clerical/secretarial experience and excellent grammar and typing skills.
