Which transcription companies will allow medical transcriptions to work outside the US?

I have been a medical transcriptionist for 8 years and would like to eventually have the option to live in Mexico. Are there solid companies that will allow me to work outside the US? Thanks.

1. That is a very good question. Actually thought about it myself but after being to Mexico many times decided I probably would not want to be there full time although I could change my mind. Mexico is so beautiful! Could start out by telling them that you were going to live in Mexico half the year and would it be okay for you to take your equipment with you and work from there. Many companies off-shore their work half way around the world to India so why would they be against you going south of the border to Mexico? They may be concerned that your ISP there might not be adequate but there is always the satellite option also. I don't think I ever asked that question where I work but have been tempted. Sorry I am no help good luck to you.
2. With so much work being exported nowadays, I don't think the idea of having an expat in Mexico would be out of line, as long as your connectivity and security is up to par. MT Companies on the website below.
