Online Medical Classes

Can anyone tell me of an at home medical transcription company that we will hire me even though I am new?

I have looked into one company and believe that it is a total scam. I have medical experience just not doing this and would love to get back into it but I don't want to quit my job and I am have a hard time finding a company that will hire because the experience that I do have does not count. I would appreciate any feedback or help. Thanks.
