Has anyone ever heard of the medical transcription company called Transam Associates?

I got an email for a resume i posted online, but it doesn't seem a legitimate company to me.

Trans Am Assoc. make their money by having you take their courses and then by putting you in a training program, you do endless reports (for no pay mind you), and they keep you there. I know, when I first started as an MT, that's what happened to me. Worthless, and the only thing you learn is how not to be taken advantage of. Don't waste your time!! 2. You hear tapes that are very muddled and no one possibly can hear what word to type. The device does not slow down slow enough for you to even hear the words, or even to type legible words. Then they tell you you'd be better off to PAY MORE MONEY TO BUY THEIR FOOT PEDAL. I am sure! When I ordered it,I was truly disappointed. I emailed them to try to get my money back and all they told me to do was keep it as it could be used by other programs. I don't even like the darn thing! I won't be using it at all. How will it help me? They also told me that there was no REFUND and to re-read again where they say it on their websight. They get their money, you get nothing and they are smiling all the way to the bank. They would not even reconsider to refund my money. I also explained that right after my purchase, the thing did not work, how frustrated I became and also circumstances in my life changed and I could not take their course as I originally planned. They did not even care. This is a lot of money to just give away. They have a thing going here to make a lot of money off of suckers like me. Don't you be their next victim. This truly is a rip-off company. Please believe me as I don't want to see you be ripped-off like I was. I may not ever get my money back, but let it be my mistake, not yours too. 2. Sorry but there are bad reports all over the net about this company. Delores, it is unfortunate that happened to you. There is no quick and easy way to become a medical transcriptionist. It is a legitimate profession and as such takes an education. There are many wonderful MT schools out there and many will help you to find a job when you graduate. Most companies will not want to even hear from you without 2-5 years experience but if you have graduated from one of the top recommended schools then they will give you a chance to test for a job.
