Online Medical Classes

I'm writing a paper and I can't find this info anywhere!?

I'm writing a paper for Anatomy and Physiology. You would think it would be easy to find information on how the use of sutures speeds the healing process (or not) but I can't find the info anywhere. I can't use Wikipedia or an online dictionary or encyclopedia, only reputable medical sources. Can you help? Thanks!
