Are there any Capitalist nations with Universal Healthcare?

I am, of course, interested in comparing such a nation to america, for if america is going to be a guinea pig for health care in an environment that may not be conducive to it...well, that's a lot different from something that has been tried before with good results.

Public Comments

1. Europe, Canada, Japan. We are the only industrialized nation that DOESN'T have UHC. We wouldn't be a guinea pig; if lesser countries can make it work, the US surely can.
2. Germany and Switzerland for sure. I believe Japan and Taiwan also. From what I understand, it does work. I'll admit I haven't researched it thoroughly though.
