How and where can I get a medical transcription job at home?

I have a medical transcription degree but don't know how to get a medical transcription job at home. Where are the jobs?

1. You would simply offer your services, if someone hires you on, then you have your first customer. My cousin ran an ad in the paper, interviewed, showed she knew her stuff, and does the work at home. She works for a medical clinic, picks up the work, takes it home, returns it and picks up more. She is making some pretty good money.
