What is the best Medical Transcription speech recognisition software ?

I am a Medical Transcription learner. I am having some difficulties with the american accent. So i would like a site where i can download a free Medical Speech recognisition software. I tried Nuance Dragon but i can't download, we can olny buy it. So i want a free downloadable software.

2. If you are you are using Microsoft Office or Word, there is a speech recognition device built into this program. I do not know how accurate it is but it is free. Once you are working, the best speech recognition software out there is by far EditScript. I have been using it for 3 years and it is wonderful. The company is based out of Boston. When you are ready for employment and interviewing, you could ask if they use this platform. 3. try download.com and search for 'speech recognition' Don't know if anything will be specifically for medical transcription though.
